House of Eclair began in 2023 with one simple idea: a proper French éclair, made the way it should be — crisp pâte à choux, silky pastry cream, and a glossy finish, never rushed.

Every éclair is piped, baked, filled, and dipped by hand right here in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. From classic vanilla to our crowd-favorite pistachio, each batch is made fresh to order so it reaches you at its very best.
